How the Medical Symptom Questionnaire Can Reveal Your “True” Health Score
If I asked you how you’re feeling today, what would you say?
Most people pause for a moment. Some might say, “I’m fine,” because they’re dealing with things they’d rather not mention (diarrhea will do that).
Others might not even realize how much their symptoms—like bloating, joint pain, or fatigue—are weighing them down. Sometimes, folks get so used to feeling a certain way that it starts to seem normal.
That’s why I use the Medical Symptom Questionnaire (MSQ) with all my patients. It’s a simple tool that helps uncover what your body might be trying to tell you.
Here’s the surprising part: Even people who think they’re doing pretty well often score in the 40s, 50s, 60s, or higher. Ideally, your score should be under 10.
The MSQ can be a real eye-opener. It only takes about seven minutes, but it might completely change how you view your health.
And the good news? After completing my 10-Day Detox program, participants report an average 60% drop in chronic symptoms. Which just goes to show: With the right approach, you can feel better in a hurry.
